Ben Nevis 9 years old
Nose: Typically Ben Nevis with opulent notes of coffee, milk and malt.
Palate: Enjoyable with notes of salted caramel and dried fruit.
Final: Solid and tasty, slightly peppery.

Nose: Fresh with notes of pear, vanilla and mown grass.
Palate: Seductive, with notes of green tea, tropical fruit and whiskey fudge.
Final: Persistent with balsamic and toasted pecan hints.

Nose: Compound, with hints of leavening bread, lemon cream and wild strawberries.
Palate: Oily, with notes of shortcrust pastry, white fruit and citrus.
Final: Moderately persistent and extremely pleasant, with a vegetal note of undergrowth.

Nose: Complex with hints of Sachertorte, orange peel, prunes and cinnamon.
Palate: Delicious with notes of toffee, chocolate and raisins.

SPEYBURN 12 YEARS OLD
Nose: Of a unique freshness, with fruit that dominates with notes of pear, green apple and pineapple. It surprisingly opens on hints of white chocolate, vanilla and shortcrust pastry.
Palate: Full-bodied with a vanilla wafer sweetness, making room for hints of nutmeg and honey.
Final: Persistent with a sweetness that fades to make room for floral and spicy notes with pleasant hints of tobacco.
