There is a place in the heart of Scotland that has forged its own destiny with determination and character: Leith, Edinburgh’s historic port. It was here that in 1785 JG Thomson & Co. began blending whiskies and spirits, inspired by the vibrancy of the port and the global influences that flowed in.

The art of blending
The perfection of each blend comes from a maniacal attention to detail:
- Selection of American and Spanish oak barrels, carefully toasted and charred.
- Using traditional sherry casks, such as Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, to create rich, complex aromas.
- Small productions to guarantee quality and uniqueness in each batch.
