Let's start this adventure with a question that moves my conscience every day: why love whisky? I don't think there is an answer and above all, it is not mandatory to love him. There are people intimidated by the high alcohol content and by what may be aromas far from our culture; but of these people I will speak later. What I want to do with you in this new "literary" journey, if it can be defined as such, is to share my experience and highlight the rewards and difficulties encountered in this world. In short, I will be naked and raw… Like an authentic whisky! That whiskey that if you witch you never go back, that whiskey that when you meet it changes your life forever. And this "magic" whiskey exists, and that's where it is waiting for each of you. Rest assured, if you haven't found it yet you will find it, it's only a matter of time on the other hand. I recommend trying as many as possible: the aromatic palette of this wonderful cereal distillate is so rich that it can meet anyone's taste at any time of the day. So let's go back to the initial question: why love whiskey? Usually when you don't know how to answer, you answer with another question… If you like something that can surprise you with every sip, why not love it?
