Appleton Estate 2002 Heart Collection is the new release selected by Luca Gargano and Joy Spence. A vintage Pot Still distilled in a Forsyth alembic in 2002, matured in Jamaica, in a tropical climate: a selection of 20 barrels (Casks from 404082 to 404101 for a total of 5700 bottles) which has a congeners content of 834 g/100 LAA .
There are notes of orange blossom and molasses, vanilla, coffee and caramel, with a rich and smooth taste of honey on the palate.
