A 5 year old Ardnamurchan selected by North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2015, aged in a first-fill barrrel and bottled in 2021 at a grade of 52.5% for a total of only 247 bottles. Not cold filtered and not artificially colored.
Nose: Pleasant notes of bananas and toast.
Palate: Hints of tropical fruit and orange peel.
Final: Moderately persistent with notes of peat smoke and brackish air.
