Balcones Single Malt batch #1 has a metal concert on the label at the Underworld, with the Brimstone Cowboys performing in front of the Devil himself! This single malt matured in barrels that contained Brimstone, a smoked corn whiskey produced by Balcones. Bottled at an alcoholic strength of 51.1%, unfiltered cold and without artificial coloring, it is a limited edition of 330 pieces.
Nose: Juicy fruit, plums, a buttery backbone, pain au chocolat and blueberry jam. Mild smoke.
Palate: Even more fruity and sweet notes, creme brûlée and spicy spices.
Final: Cocoa powder, sweet fruit, tannins, cherry and savory smoke.
