The climate blends perfectly with the dark color of this Single Malt Spirit aged in an ex-Sherry barrel… Bottled at an alcoholic strength of 47.8%, unfiltered cold and without artificial coloring, it is a limited edition of 157 pieces.
Nose: Cherry and cinnamon, ginger and many notes of spices from the wood, dried fruit, leather and a veil of motor oil.
Palate: Very soft, delicate and light, with cinnamon and spices, peaches and honey cream, plums and toasted peanuts.
Final: Apricots, toasted wood, raisins, sweet spices, enveloping creamy vanilla.
