A young 4 year old Ben Nevis selected by Carn Mor for the Strictly Limited series. Distilled in 2015 and matured in two sherry hogsheads, it was bottled in early 2020 at 47.5%. Not cold filtered or artificially colored. A limited edition of 900 bottles.
Nose: Malty, with strong hints of sherry.
Palate: Sweet with notes of biscuits, butter, raisins and caramel.
Final: Spicy with hints of cinnamon and black pepper.
