A 6 year old Ben Nevis selected by Carn Mor for the Strictly Limited series. Distilled in 2015 and aged in ex-sherry hoghsheads barrels, it was bottled at the beginning of 2021 at a grade of 47.5%. Not cold filtered or artificially colored, it is a limited edition of 1323 bottles.
Nose: Buttery with sherry night and melted chocolate.
Palate: Spicy with notes of black pepper, chocolate, orange peel and berries.
Final: Moderately persistent with mentholated and cocoa hints.
