An 8 year old single cask Benriach selected by Hunter Laing for the Hepburn's Choice range. Matured in a single hogshead refill barrel, it was bottled at 46% without being cold filtered and without added dyes. Present on the market in 418 bottles.
Nose: Enveloping with notes of apple, dried fruit and vanilla.
Palate: Spicy with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, pepper and caramel.
Final: Sweet with white chocolate, spiced oak, pears and a pinch of ginger.
