An 11 year old Benrinnes single cask selected by Hunter Laing for the Hepburn's Choice range. Matured in a single ex-sherry butt cask, it was bottled at 46% without being cold filtered or artificially colored. Present on the market in 761 bottles.
Nose: Fruity with pears, strawberries, raisins and citrus fruits.
Palate: Creamy with hints of vanilla pudding, licorice and black tea.
Final: Moderately persistent, with spicy and leathery notes.
