Bimber Apogee XII is Bimber's new blended malt, a tribute to the art of marrying different whiskeys and aging: a blend of Scottish single malts from the Highlands and Speyside, it was brought to London and aged in barrels that had contained Single Malt distilled by Bimber. 12 years of aging, the glass of the bottle is a tribute to the hand-beaten copper of the stills of the distillery. Bottled at 46.3%, without artificial coloring.
Nose: Fruity, with cooked apples, kiwi and orange. Vanilla and floral notes. Bright, with notes of honey, propolis and apricots.
