Bimber Da Hong Pao Tea Gin is a floral, mineral gin with a rich natural color, made with one of the most expensive teas in the world and handcrafted at Bimber, a London distillery. Da Hong Pao is a rare Oolong tea that grows in the Wuji Mountains in southern China, highly oxidized, with floral and sweet notes. Infused and dried, Bimber blends these leaves with our home-distilled high grade gin and infuses them for a long time for maximum aromatic extraction. It is bottled at an alcoholic strength of 51.8%.
Nose: Earthy, floral and rich, with notes of juniper and tea.
Palate: Sweet and floral tea, fresh and spicy citrus, with lavender and a slightly smoky scent.
Final: Long, aromatic, intense, with notes of tea that persist together with the freshness of juniper.
