Bimber Ex-Bourbon Casks #003 is the third batch of Bimber matured entirely in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. A single malt distilled in London and bottled to the full degree of 51.6%, without dilution or artificial coloring. Limited edition of 5000 pieces.

Nose: Notes of green apple, dried apricots, cereals and sponge cake.

Palate: Enveloping with hints of vanilla, caramel, fruit and black pepper.

Final: Long, and slightly sweet with toasted notes.
