Bimber Kumquat Gin is fresh, aromatic and brilliant, distilled and infused by hand from eight botanicals, including kumquat. This rare and very small Chinese citrus variety grows slowly, producing very full and intense aromas. This Kumqat Gin is a classic English gin, with notes of juniper and coriander, in which the citrus notes explode with intensity. Bottled at 47%.
Nose: Sweet and intense, with clementines, apricots, black pepper with intense citrus fruits.
Palate: Intense and aromatic, still powerful citrus, then the minty freshness of juniper.
The final: Long, inviting, with lemongrass, lime and mellow spices.
