Blair Athol 11 years is a single malt blend of 5 ex-bourbon hoghsheads from the Blair Athol distillery. Distilled in 2009 and aged for 11 years, it was selected by Oliver Chilton. Not cold filtered, not artificially colored and bottled at the grade of 48%.
Nose: Elegant, with hints of custard.
Palate: Soft and engaging, with notes of almond and melted butter.
Final: Medium persistent and spicy.
