A 15 year old Bowmore bottled by That Boutique-y Whiskey Company. Yet another fantastic expression, excellent peaty whiskey, matured for 15 years before being bottled at 48.3% - fabulous, indeed! Batch 22 is an edition of 316 bottles.
Nose: Fragrant barley with a hint of sea air, plus a little jam and yellow plum.
Palate: Gingerbread, more salty sea air with hints of oat cakes and toasted barley.
Final: Grilled fruit, cloves, salty smoke.
