BOWMORE 18 YEARS OLD - THAT BOUTIQUE-Y WHISKEY COMPANY - 50,3%

An 18 year old Bowmore from the legendary Isle of Islay bottled by That Boutique-y Whiskey Company. As always, the team chose an incredible expression of the distillery: this was left to mature for 18 years before being bottled at 50.3%. Strong stuff. Batch 20 is a release of 218 bottles.

Nose: Fragrant barley with a hint of sea air, plus a little jam and yellow plum.

Palate: Gingerbread, more salty sea air with hints of oat cakes and toasted barley.

Final: Grilled fruit, cloves, salty smoke.
