A 25 year old Bowmore selected by Alistair Walker. A single barrel ex-Bourbon, transferred to a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogshead, distilled in 1997 at Bowmore and bottled at the full degree of 47.1% in 299 examples. Perhaps the best Bowmore ever selected by Alistair, it was not for nothing that it was chosen as bottling number 100.

Palate: Oily, full. Soft peat, herbaceous, medicinal notes with cane sugar, caramel and cinnamon. Chocolate, blueberries.
