A 15 year old peated Bunnahabhain selected by Càrn Mòr. A single malt Scotch whiskey distilled in December 2004 and aged in a single ex-sherry butt cask. Bottled in January 2020 at its full degree of 53.8%, without the addition of dyes and without being cold filtered, it is on the market in 396 bottles.
Nose: Mineral peat alternating with aromas of plum jam, honey and leavened bread. Metamorphic.
Palate: Buttery and smoky, rich in fruit, flavor and dried leather.
Final: Persistent with hints of wood, orange and ginger.
