An 11 year old Caol Ila aged in an ex-bourbon hogshead cask, is the first bottling of Morisco Spirits. Directly from Islay, bottled at the full degree of 53.5%, unfiltered cold and without the addition of dyes.
Nose: Complex with hints of brine, lemon cream and prunes.
Palate: Oily with notes of salty biscuit, citrus and green olives.
Final: Persistent and fruity with notes of banana and toasted almond.
