Matured for 13 years in a first fill Oloroso Sherry (cask no. #58211), this whisky was bottled at the full strength of 57.3%. Unchill filtered and uncoloured, it is available in 307 bottles.
Nose: Hypnotic and captivating with a fascinating intertwining of brine and sherry. Plum puree and smoke. Very elegant.
Palate: Intense, there is really everything. From herring to tar, sweet and savory, perfectly balanced.
Finish: Lingering with hints of smoke, salted almonds and caramelized walnuts.
