Caroni Navy Rum 100th Anniversary takes inspiration from the traditional Navy Strength gradation of the British Navy rums. A packaging that was created to celebrate the distillery's centenary and which reproduces the only Caroni exported to England in the 1940s by Tate & Lyle. A rum matured tropically for 18 years and bottled at a degree of 51.4%.
Nose: Present and round with hints of molasses and spices.
Palate: Balanced with notes of toasted nuts.
Final: Persistent and satisfying.
