The Vieux Sajous 5 YO is a Clairin produced from Cristalline sugar cane which is grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.
This blend of 18 mixed barrels containing rum and whiskey was distilled in 2018 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince.
