A Dailuaine 21 single cask selected by Hunter Laing for The First Editions range. Distilled in 2000 and aged for 21 years in a hogshead refill, it was bottled to the full degree of 56.3%. Not cold filtered and without the addition of dyes, it is available on the market in only 249 bottles.
Nose: Delicate and floral with hints of peach and apple.
Palate: Spicy with peppery, raspberry and caramel notes.
Final: Long with a persistent sweetness.
