An 8 year old Dailuaine selected by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited series. Distilled in 2013 and aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it was subsequently aged in red wine barrels. Bottled in 2021 at a grade of 47.5%, neither cold filtered nor artificially colored, it is a limited edition of 1728 bottles.
Nose: Delicate with hints of red berries and cooked apples.
Palate: Soft with notes of spices and ripe fruit.
Final: Medium persistent and dry, with notes of red fruits in the background.
