A 17 year old Diamond straight from Demerara, Guyana. Distilled in Savalle still, a French four-column metal still, it is mostly continental aged in an American Standard Barrel. Bottled to the full degree of 54.3%, unfiltered cold and without the addition of dyes.
Nose: Majestic with notes of roasted coffee, burnt sugar and raisins.
Palate: Exciting with notes of licorice, black pepper, orange peel and cocoa beans.
Final: Persistent with balsamic and woody notes.
