A 21 year old Fernandes distilled in March 1999. Bottled to the full degree of 61.5%, unfiltered cold and not artificially colored, it is a limited edition of 249 bottles.
Nose: Intense and toasted notes. Molasses and dark sugar combine with notes of coffee.
Palate: Vanilla and wood, with tropical notes in the background.
Final: Persistent, with sweet and slightly spicy notes.
