A 16 year old Fettercairn launched by Morisco Spirits in December 2021 and presented in national preview at the Milano Whiskey Festival Rum & Brown Spirits. After fully maturing in an ex-sherry cask, it was bottled to the full degree of 53.2%. Obviously, not cold filtered and without the addition of dyes. Available in only 72 bottles.

Nose: Complex and lively, with hints of plum jam, cinnamon and mocaccino. In the background a dirty note reminiscent of a hot legume soup.
Palate: Full-bodied and fat, the barrel worked excellently. Intense notes of white pepper alternate with a strudel sweetness… Surprising!
Final: Persistent with tasty balsamic and spicy declinations.
