A Fettercairn 17 single cask selected by Hunter Laing for The First Editions range. Distilled in 1997 and aged for 17 years in a single hogshead refill, it was bottled to its full degree of 58.5%. Not cold filtered and without the addition of dyes, it is available on the market in only 278 bottles.

Nose: Hints of milk and freshly chopped grass.

Palate: Sweet and spicy with notes of malted barley, white chocolate, butter, nutmeg and orange.

Final: Medium persistent with vegetal notes of tobacco, basil leaves and a soft smoke.
