Forsyths WP 2005 is the result of the first Worthy Park distillation since the closure of the distillery in 1962. It is a rum bottled to the full degree of 57.8%, unfiltered cold, sugar free, the result of a tropical maturation that lasted ten years in ex bourbon barrels.
Nose: Hints of ash, molasses, lime, pineapple and pomegranate.
Palate: Enjoyable with notes of caramel, toffee, macadamia nuts and chocolate.
Final: Persistent with woody notes in the background.
