A 16 year old Foursquare selected by the Thompson Bros. A single cask distilled in 2005 and aged in a refill barrel for 16 years, with only 287 bottles filled to the full grade of 57%.
Nose: Very fruity, pineapple, banana, grape, lychees. Spices.
Palate: Complex, sweet, sour, tart, wood and candied fruit.
Final: Fermented note, wood, white pepper and pineapple juice.
