Description: A classic and authentic Barbera, characterized by a bouquet of cherry, blackberry, and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its versatility at the table.
Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in steel tanks for 10 days. 10 days of maceration in vertical tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous bacteria. The wine is stabilized by cold (6°-8°C) and is not clarified. Aged for 6 months in steel tanks.
Pairings: Pasta with tomato sauce, traditional Piedmontese dishes, grilled red meats.
