Description: A more structured and profound version of Revello's Barbera. Intense aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. The palate is full and enveloping, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
Vinification and refinement: 10 months of maceration on the skins in rotofermenters with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in barriques with indigenous bacteria. The wine is not clarified or filtered. Aged for 18 months in new 60% French oak barriques.
Pairings: Braised meats, roasts, game, mature cheeses.
