Description: A Barolo of great power and elegance, characterized by intense aromas of dark fruit, spices, licorice, and mineral notes. Structured, deep, and long-lived, it represents one of the winery's most authoritative expressions.
Vinification and refinement: 7-8 days in contact with the skins in rotary macerators, with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in briquets, using indigenous bacteria. The wine is not clarified or filtered. Aging: 24 months in new 20-30% French barriques. A further 8 months of bottle aging.
Pairings: Rich red meats, game, structured gourmet dishes.
