A 5 year old Glasgow selected by North Star Spirits. Iain Croucher chose a single cask from Glasgow Distillery, whiskey distilled in 2016 and aged for 5 years in a Refill Barrel. Bottled in October 2021 at 51.5% in 278 pieces.
Nose: Greased digestive and vanilla sticks.
Palate: Very creamy, floral, it works perfectly with the refill barrel.
Final: Burnt orange and light spices.
