From the genius of master distiller Billy Walker, an extraordinary Glenallachie 28 year old single cask. Distilled on 18 September 1990 and bottled in October 2018 from barrel n. 1468, matured in a virgin oak barrel (a new oak barrel). A limited edition of 265 bottles.
Nose: Exciting with figs, plums, cinnamon and bitter cocoa.
Palate: Full with notes of honey and ripe fruit.
Final: Sweet, spicy and persistent.
