A 31 year old Glentauchers selected by Chorlton Whiskey. Distilled in 1989 and aged in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 31 years and bottled at the grade of 47.5% for a total of 153 bottles. Not cold filtered and not artificially colored.
Nose: Incredible balance between fruit and spiciness with notes of pineapple, pepper and mandarin.
Palate: Complex with herbaceous and waxy notes.
Final: Persistent, lively and spicy.
