Directly from Grenada, a rum from a secret distillery: the barrel, however, has the GMWE brand, which will be able to tell someone something. The label shows a spice market on a Caribbean beach, and there is a strange character in the background ... This rum is matured for 20 years, bottled at 52.3%, unfiltered cold and not artificially colored, and it is a limited edition of 212 pieces.
Nose: Floral, then sandalwood, spices and an apple crumble sweetness.
Palate: Enveloping and oily, with honey, caramel, notes of ginger and spices.
Finish: Waxy peel and yet other cooking spices, for a very long finish.
