A 2003 Guyana single cask continental matured for 16 years in a single ex-bourbon cask. Distilled in batch stills from fermented molasses, this rum was bottled to its full grade of 60.4%. Only 251 bottles available on the market.
The Transcontinental Rum Line is a range of rums, selected and bottled by the Maison du Whiskey.
Nose: Elegant and refined with notes of white fruits and sugar cane.
Palate: Direct and rather vegetable with notes of ripe tropical fruit.
Final: Persistent and spicy.
