A HD 9 years from Jamaica, mark <>H (esters in g/hlaa 900-1000), is the first object to be preserved in our WUNDERKAMMER. Element I it is a multifaceted, rare and precious jewel, something that a lover of high-sterile rums cannot miss. Matured for 9 years (4 of which were tropical) in an ex-bourbon barrel, it was bottled at 54.5%. Not cold filtered and without the addition of colorants, only 33 bottles available. The distillery, which we cannot declare, begins with H and ends with -DEN.
Nose: Characteristic and engaging, you would recognize it with your eyes closed. Acetone, sealing wax and ripe tropical fruit.
Palate: Intense with notes of pineapple, mango, chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
Finish: Persistent with toasted and spicy notes.
Note on the collection: About 500 years ago, the 'chambers of wonders' (wunderkammer) were spaces within a residence designed to collect objects of all kinds; these not only had an educational function, but were stunning and of different shapes, materials and origins. Naturalia. Artificialia. Scientific. Exhotica. In the past, in every place in the world, man instinctively tried to possess objects to please himself and make his memory eternal. This is our Wunderkammer, a place to preserve and enjoy a series of extraordinary objects. Elements that can be exemplary.
