Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended whiskey that best summarizes the three Suntory distilleries: Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita. The whiskeys that make up Harmony are drawn from five different types of barrels, including American oak, sherry and Mizunara. The blend was created by the Suntory team led by the Master Blender Shingo Torii: an elegant and incredibly balanced whisky.
Nose: Floral with notes of orange blossom, rose and rosemary.
Palate: Soft and sweet with notes of honey, candied orange peel, apricots and white chocolate.
Finish: Thin and long with hints of spice and Mizunara oak.
