A 15 year old Orkney selected by North Star Spirits. A single cask from an undeclared distillery in Orkney, what will it be? To give you a clue, just know that it is a distillery whose name is divided into two words. Aged for 15 years in an ex-Oloroso barrel, bottled at 59.7% in 328 pieces.
Nose: Toasted bread and salty toffee, dry and seductive Oloroso.
