A rum from Jamaica from an undeclared distillery. Distilled in Pot Still, it matured entirely in England, as evidenced by the label showing dogs on the London Underground. This rum is aged 14 years, bottled at 55.5% grade, unfiltered cold and not artificially colored, and is a limited edition of 872 pieces.
Nose: Freshly cut sugar cane, then acetone, burnt sugar and banana.
Palate: Very lively and peppery, with a refreshing lemongrass and notes of pineapple.
Final: Cinnamon, lime and more than a hint of caramel.
