A 23 year old Strathmill from the Jack Wiebers Whiskey World Fighting Fish series. Distilled in 1996 and aged in an ex-bourbon cask, it is bottled at the full degree of 55.1%. Not cold filtered or artificially colored, it is available on the market in only 149 bottles.
Nose: Slightly herbaceous and mineral, with hints of fresh fruit.
Palate: Fruity and sweet with notes of citrus, vanilla and toffee.
Final: Persistent and oily with notes of dried fruit and mokaccino.
