A 12 year old Craigellachie matured in an ex-sherry butt. Distilled in May 2006 and bottled in February 2019, it is part of Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask range. Not cold filtered and not artificially colored, only 285 bottles available.
Nose: Sweet with notes of strawberry pie, caramel and lemon.
Palate: Fresh with floral, mineral and shortcrust pastry notes.
Finish: Persistent with caramel notes.
